EisnerAmper partners with REdirect Consulting on real estate offering

EisnerAmper, a New York-based accounting and consulting firm, has entered a strategic alliance with REdirect Consulting, New York-based firm specializing in real estate technology consulting. The alliance will combine EisnerAmper’s business advisory resources with REdirect’s industry-focused IT expertise.

Together, the pair of firms will provide clients with timely and actionable data to improve decision-making in the real estate industry.

Founded in 1999, REdirect provides industry clients with end-to-end technology consulting, including business process engineering, system implementation, data integration/conversion, customization/programming, training, support, and more. The company has worked with some of the largest players in real estate, including Colliers International, Paramount Group, and Brown Harris Stevens.

The firm has more than 40 employees across offices in New York, San Francisco, and London.

REdirect previously worked with EisnerAmper on several mutual client engagements, and saw an opportunity to combine their resources. The pair will deliver a holistic platform, uniting EisnerAmper's internal controls and financial systems expertise with REdirect’s real estate management software implementation and support.

The firm last year greatly bolstered its real estate expertise with the acquisition of accounting and consulting firm Imowitz Koenig (IK) and its affiliated real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG).
