Pete Killian joins Emerton as a partner in New York

Global strategy consulting firm has bolstered its senior ranks in the US with the addition of Pete Killian. 

Appointed a partner, Pete Killian brings over 18 years of experience in consulting to the firm. Founded in Paris, Emerton is a French-origin strategy and management that has since expanded to a global outfit, operating with offices from Paris, Munich, New York and Tokyo. Killian is based in New York. 

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Emerton team,” said the new partner, who will focus mainly on clients in the retail, consumer packaged goods and consumer healthcare. He specialises in topics including growth strategy, product innovation, pricing, zero-based budgeting, performance improvement and digital strategy.

He joins the firm from Vivaldi Partners, a US business transformation firm where he was a partner. Earlier, he spent sixteen years at The Cambridge Group, a boutique Chicago-headquartered consulting firm that specialises in the development and execution of growth strategies.

Commenting on the appointment, Dan Dannenberg, Managing Partner of Emerton in North America said: “Pete reinforces Emerton's expertise and client base in the consumer and retail sector; in particular his track record in advising Fortune 500 CPG companies in their growth strategies in the US and internationally is very impressive. He will greatly contribute to accelerating our development in the US.” 

Emerton first launched stateside in 2015, when Dan Dannenberg joined from OC&C Strategy Consultants to launch the office.
