“We are thrilled to welcome Aimee to our team of seasoned experts,” said Alicia Harkness, Guidehouse partner and health segment leader. “Under her leadership, Guidehouse and our clients are well-positioned to tackle the evolving landscape of payer-provider relationships, dynamic global operations, and complex local, state, and federal compliance and regulatory guidelines.”

Prior to that, Sziklai was director of vendor management at WellPoint (now Anthem), where she led strategy and execution for domestic and offshore vendor-related activities – amounting to $220 million in annual spend.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Santa Barbara.
Guidehouse’s commercial payer and provider practice advises on strategy, operations, and performance improvement – leveraging deep industry knowledge in revenue growth, network strategies, government programs, and clinical initiatives.
The firm’s wider health segment supports clients in public health, state health, and life sciences.
