EverGlade Consulting hires Andrew Stiles as principal
EverGlade Consulting, a management consultancy focusing on federal contractors, has hired Andrew Stiles as a principal.
Based in Charleston, SC, Stiles brings over 14 years of professional experience with a focus on advising clients on government contracts and initiatives. He specializes in helping life sciences firms identify R&D funding opportunities, navigate procurement processes, win awards, and manage programs.
Stiles has extensive experience with R&D programs funded by Consortium OTAs, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Stiles joins EverGlade from pharmaceutical firm Phlow Corp., where he spent the last year-and-a-half as EVP of government initiatives. In the role, he focused on expansion initiatives to establish domestic manufacturing capabilities for pharmaceuticals and PPE.
Before that, he spent over seven years at BDO USA, where he was a managing director in the industry specialist services, biodefense, and government contracts segment. Earlier in his career, Stiles was a manager in the strategic solutions group of accounting firm Argy, Wiltse & Robinson and a consultant in the government contractor services practice of Navigant (now Guidehouse).
"We are thrilled to welcome Andrew to the team," said Jerry Jia-Sobota, chairman of EverGlade. "His unique experience will add significant value to our clients, helping them assess the evolving landscape of federal funding opportunities, maximize program budgets, and shorten timelines to award.”
Founded in 2020, EverGlade helps government contractors secure non-dilutive federal funding. The firm’s services range from initial proposal support through to compliance with various regulatory frameworks.
EverGlade works with clients in life sciences, healthcare, non-profit, and construction. The firm has more than 10 professionals, according to LinkedIn.
