Ian Cook joined the firm in 2015 as an analyst following the completion of a master’s degree in electronic engineering at Durham University, UK. He was promoted to manager in 2018 and senior manager in 2020.
Cook has extensive experience advising financial and strategic investors on M&A and growth strategy.
CIL also in its London and Frome, UK offices promoted James Silk and James de La Salle to partner and Simon Mocatta to associate director.
“CIL is committed to being the best consultancy to work for in our field and we believe this starts with investing in our people and allowing them to grow with the business,” Giles Johnson, managing partner of CIL, said. “We’d like to congratulate all those who have been promoted in January and, in particular, we are delighted to see CIL’s Partnership bolstered by homegrown talent in the form of James Silk and James de La Salle.”
