Robert Half moves legal solutions practice to subsidiary Protiviti
Robert Half, a leading recruitment and HR consulting firm, has transitioned its legal consulting solutions practice to its management consulting subsidiary Protiviti.
Protiviti now has an expanded legal consulting practice that can support clients with a broader range of legal, compliance, governance, technology, investigation and transaction-related business needs.
The practice will continue to work collaboratively with Robert Half’s legal talent solutions practice, which offers managed solutions and places highly skilled legal professionals.

The practice’s offerings span e-discovery and managed review, data security and privacy, regulatory compliance, records management, M&A, and internal investigations.
Neither Robert Half nor Protiviti is a law firm or public accounting firm. Management consulting practices with a legal focus tend to support law firms and corporate legal departments with services related to investigations, operational improvement, digital transformation, and expert witness services.
The move arrives after another significant organizational realignment at Protiviti. The Menlo Park, CA-based firm in March bundled its digital marketing and creative, transformation strategy, and customer experience offerings under the Protiviti Digital brand.
