GEP named a procurement leader by Quadrant Knowledge
GEP, a supply chain software and consulting firm, was named a leader in Quadrant Knowledge’s Spark Matrix: Procurement Services report – which evaluates providers of procurement consulting and related enterprise software and tools.
Quadrant, an India-based research and consulting firm, cited GEP’s “customer impact” and “service excellence” as differentiators.
Quadrant was the third independent research firm to recognize GEP as a leader in procurement in 2022, joining nods from ISG and Everest Group. GEP was also deemed a procurement leader in 2021 reports from Everest and Quadrant.
"At a time when companies are transforming their procurement operations to fight inflation, increase supplier diversity, and drive sustainability, we're proud to be the clear industry leader and preferred partner," said Al Girardi, GEP's global head of marketing. "We're even more excited about the future because we uniquely combine more than two decades of providing services with our proprietary AI-driven software to drive our clients' competitive advantage.”
Quadrant’s 2022 assessment deemed GEP a leader because of various factors, including its proprietary software platform; comprehensive supply chain and procurement experience; expertise across more than 11 industries and presence in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Middle East; and its focus on supply chain sustainability and resilience.
“GEP, with a robust comprehensive functional service capability, domain specific rich expertise and global service coverage has secured strong ratings across the performance parameters of service excellence and customer impact and has been positioned amongst the service leaders in the 2022 SPARK Matrix of the Procurement services market,” the Quadrant report noted.
GEP is based in Clark, NJ and provides procurement and supply chain software, consulting, and managed services. The firm has 6,000 people globally and works with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises.
