Nexer Group, a Gothenberg, Sweden-headquartered IT consulting firm, has acquired Rangeline Solutions, a Carmel, IN-based boutique enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting firm.

Founded in 2017, Rangeline focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations in finance/supply chain management for manufacturing and distribution clients. The firm has offerings across business assessments, implementations, support, and training.

Rangeline has a team of 9 people, according to LinkedIn.

Nexer will add the Rangeline team – including co-founders Mike Sigler and Dan Giangiulio – to its ERP practice. The transaction, for which financial terms were not disclosed, will give the Sweden-based consultancy its third US location, joining previous offices in Chicago and Seattle.

“Nexer is the perfect home for our team as we work to make the global supply chain more efficient, accessible, and connected,” said Sigler. “We’ll solidify Nexer’s position in the top 1 percent of Microsoft Business Application partners and deepen their supply chain ERP knowledge on behalf of not just our own customers, but the global base of manufacturers and distributors that depend on Microsoft every day.”

Nexer’s ERP practice has offerings across Dynamics 365 implementations and application management, connected enterprise, field service, and predictive logistics.

“Over the past few years, unpredictable and frequent supply chain disruptions have made it even more challenging for businesses to manage inventories and keep customers happy,” said Todd Johnson, US managing director of Nexer Enterprise Applications. “Together with Mike, Dan, and their team, Nexer will solve today’s most pressing supply chain problems and build the connected warehouses of the future.”

Nexer (formerly Sigma IT) has 2,500 people across Europe, the USA, Colombia, China, and India. The firm delivers services in areas including system development, CRM, ERP, data management, e-commerce, user experience, marketing, project management, and IT recruitment and outsourcing.
