Turnberry Solutions, a national IT consulting and staffing firm, has opened an office in Charlotte, NC.

The Philadelphia-headquartered firm has served clients in Charlotte for the last several years, and is now looking forward to better serving the growing financial services and technology industries in the city.

“We are thrilled to open our newest office in Charlotte and expand our footprint in this vibrant market,” said Jim Kelly, CEO of Turnberry Solutions. “We look forward to partnering with local organizations and leveraging the talent and resources in this community to drive impactful results for our clients."

The Charlotte office follows the November launch of a Kansas City office. Founded in 2001, Turnberry has grown to more than 1,800 people across eight offices, coast-to-coast.

“The Queen City is a fantastic marketplace for Turnberry Solutions to continue our investment in a community that is rapidly growing and in expanding the breadth of our client partnerships,” said Chaz Gerads, partner for client engagement. “We are excited to bring our solutions and talented team to Charlotte to support our clients in navigating the fast-changing landscape of today’s market."

Turnberry says its business model combines the best aspects of traditional solutions consulting (thought leadership, top talent) with the lean, efficient operations of IT staffing firms. The combination allows the firm to deliver complex projects at lower cost than traditional solutions consultancies.

Turnberry has offerings spanning business agility, business transformation, Salesforce, digital modernization, data and insights, and e-commerce. The firm’s staffing practice includes Crew, an associate-level talent program for consultants in the first five years of their careers.

Turnberry supports Fortune 500s, small- and mid-sized businesses, non-profits, and government agencies on projects ranging in size from placing a single junior software engineer to providing a complete turnkey solution or managed services.
