The Encompass Group launches executive development program
The Encompass Group, a Dallas-based human capital consulting firm, has launched its Encompass Executive Experience Leadership Academy (E3), a new executive development program.
Led by the consultancy’s team of facilitators, entrepreneurs, and best-selling authors, the 12-month program will help executives hone their leadership skills to foster the next generation of talent. E3’s peer-to-peer learning framework will also provide a networking platform for industry-diverse executives to learn from each other.
The program’s approach focuses on the individual, sharpening the leadership and followership skills that impact interactions in every business setting.
“E3 transforms executives’ mindsets and sets them on the trajectory to become transformational leaders who will, in turn, develop the next generation of transformational leaders,” said John Luke Spitler, founder and CEO of The Encompass Group.
Tony Bridwell, chief talent office, added, “E3 is designed to revolutionize leadership development, providing executives with a holistic approach that focuses on individual well-being, optimizing them to lead with confidence to reach the next level of their career.”
The program comprises a year-long curriculum delivered through quarterly in-person workshops held at Encompass’ teaching center in Dallas, supplemented with mini-cohort monthly virtual meetings, digital content, and weekly engagements.
Topics include driving change, improving interpersonal skills, and analyzing various aspects of leadership and followership.
Cohorts will be run by company leaders including Spitler, Bridwell, and Robert Rich, VP of transformational consulting.
The inaugural E3 cohort commences on October 12.
