Forvis opens San Francisco location
Forvis, a national accounting and consulting firm, has opened an office in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The San Francisco location is Forvis’ second in California, joining a Los Angeles office.
The new office will deliver a full suite of tax, assurance, and consulting services to client in Northern California, with a focus on companies in technology, media, and life sciences.
Forvis has hired a trio of professionals from Armanino to help launch the new office: Ricardo Martinez, partner and Northern California market leader and California technology and services market industry leader; Trevor Coe, director; and Adam Travaglione, senior manager.
Martinez has over 20 years of public accounting experience. He spent the last 12 years at Armanino, where he was an audit partner focusing on public and private technology firms. Before that, Martinez spent 12 years at KPMG.
Coe has over 10 years of experience auditing public and private companies. He spent the last 10 years at Armanino, where he was most recently a senior audit manager.
Travaglione has nine years of accounting experience, with expertise supporting clients through major transactions including IPOs. He spent the last five years at Armanino and most recently was a senior audit manager. Before that, Travaglione was a staff accountant at cybersecurity software firm Malwarebytes.

Forvis, which is headquartered in Springfield, MO, in March expanded its physical presence into South Florida with a Miami office.
The firm was created in 2022 via the merger of BKD and Dixon Hughes Goodman. Forvis is the eighth-largest CPA firm in the country with 6,000+ employees across 70+ offices and annual revenue of $1.69 billion.
