Aminad Consulting hires David Banks as director of corporate operations

Aminad Consulting, an Arlington, VA-based federal sector management consultancy, has hired David Banks as director of corporate operations.

Banks brings more than 22 years of experience managing contracts, business, and legal operations organizations. He has extensive expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations, state regulations, and commercial contract laws.

Banks was previously head of contracts and legal operations at Altarum, a nonprofit healthcare research and consulting firm. Before that, he was chief legal officer at IT consultancy BluVector and director of contracts and legal affairs at Censeo Consulting Group.

Earlier in his career, Banks was a senior principal in the legal and contracts division of The Walt Disney Company and a contract negotiator at the United States Air Force.

He holds a juris doctor from Regent University and a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College.

Aminad Consulting was founded in 2019 and has a team of 30 people, according to its website. The firm works with federal agencies on engagements in business strategy, performance improvement, and supply chain and acquisitions. Aminad has particular depth of experience supporting the Department of Defense.
