Ankura buys healthcare consultancy Sachs Policy Group

Ankura, a New York-headquartered advisory and forensic accounting firm, has acquired Sachs Policy Group, a New York-based healthcare sector advisory firm.

Sachs Policy Group helps healthcare sector clients navigate the impacts of legislative, regulatory, and technology changes. The firm works with hospitals and health systems, health plans, human services agencies, long-term care organizations, and tech firms.

Sachs Policy Group’s offerings include state and federal policy analysis, development of partnership opportunities, strategic planning and value-based strategies, business growth and development, project management, support for tech startups, and health equity impact assessments.

The boutique firm has 16 employees, according to its website.

Ankura’s acquisition of Sachs Policy Group will expand its service offerings in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
