North Highland adds two Associate Vice Presidents in Southeast
Management consultancy North Highland has appointed Michael Briggs and Evin Earnhart as Associate VPs in Tallahassee and Atlanta, respectively. Briggs boasts over 30 years of consulting and managed services experience, while Earnhart brings almost fifteen years of business development, sales, recruitment & training, and client relationship management expertise.
Michael Briggs, who will be based in North Highland’s Tallahassee office, will serve as AVP of managed services. In his new role, he will support clients with investment optimization, project and change management, and Agile transformations.
Before joining North Highland, Briggs served as an Account Relationship Director at KPMG for three and a half years, supporting Southeast clients in strategy and business development in IT and emerging technology, as well as risk, tax, and audit.
Before KPMG, Briggs held management positions at Software AG, United Data Technologies, and EMC Corporation, largely focusing on strategic growth and technology, with particular emphasis on public sector client relationships. Prior to that, he spent 24 years with global technology company Pitney Bowes, most known for its postage meters and other mailing equipment and services. He worked in each major business line of the company, reaching the position of Senior Account Manager, with responsibility for the State of Florida account, as well as enterprise accounts like BellSouth and Alamo/National Car Rental."Michael is an accomplished leader who will be a great addition to the firm," said Tom Bodeep, Global Vice President of Business Development. "His strategic expertise will help build the capability of client teams and deliver sustainable improvement for our clients."
Meanwhile, Evin Earnhart will take on the AVP role in business development at the Atlanta office, focusing on tailored staffing models for talent recruitment. Before joining North Highland, she was CEO of Earnhart Real Estate Group, where she provided realtor services to clients in the Atlanta area and Georgia.
Before her realty venture, Earnhart spent six years at TRC Staffing Services. Starting as a branch manager, she eventually rose to the position of vice president of business development at the firm – leading TRC’s national workforce solutions practice in the commercial staffing sector.
Prior to TRC, Earnhart was a Sales Associate at home construction giant Pulte Group, and an Account Executive at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.
"I am thrilled to welcome Evin to North Highland," commented Angela Navarro, Senior Vice President of Operations. "Her extensive business development experience will be integral in creating customized, blended variable workforce strategies to help clients achieve their business goals."
Headquartered in Atlanta, employee-owned North Highland has over 3,000 consultants working from 60+ offices across the globe. The management consultancy helps clients solve challenges ranging from performance improvement to digital transformations and customer experience. It is a part of consulting alliance Cordence Worldwide, which include firms like Horvath & Partners, Twynstra Gudde, and Alfa Consulting.
In other talent acquisition news, North Highland brought in Lauren Childers to serve as their CFO earlier this year. Childers was previously the chief financial officer of Atlanta-based logistics firm BeavEX.
