Jessica Wibben joins North Highland in Nashville office
Former Accenture consultant Jessica Wibben has joined North Highland as an Associate Vice President, based in the firm’s Nashville office.
Jessica Wibben brings over seventeen years of consulting experience in consulting, digital transformation and change management to the firm. She joins North Highland from Alight Solutions, where she was a director in the change enablement practice, responsible for helping clients design and implement large-scale Workday projects.
Previously, she was a managing consultant at Appirio for nearly four years, transitioning to Alight Solutions after it acquired Appirio's Workday and Cornerstone practices. Before that, Wibben held consulting and senior manager roles at Accenture for over 10 years, with a focus in change management as well as talent and organization. She was a member of Accenture’s talent & organization service line.
“Jessica is a demonstrated leader in change and transformation, with deep knowledge in understanding the effects of change within organizations,” said Lia Keel, Vice President at North Highland. “She serves as a trusted, strategic advisor and I look forward to working with Jessica to build lasting capability for clients as they navigate customer, workforce and operational challenges.”
At North Highland, a US management consulting firm with around 1,500 consultants and staff in the US and part of the Cordence Worldwide network, Wibben has been tasked with expanding the firm’s footprint in Nashville and the Tennessee region, with a focus on clients in the retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
She will focus on supporting change transitions brought on by complex technology implementations and process improvement programs, including Workday, Salesforce, Cornerstone, SAP, Service Now, and JDA. Her functional expertise spans technology transformations in the areas of human resources, finance, procurement, supply chain & demand planning, IT, sales, and customer relationship management.
Wibben said, “I am so incredibly excited to be starting my new career journey with North Highland. I'm looking forward to creating great relationships and being challenged with strategic and innovative work for our clients!”
Last month, Atlanta-headquartered North Highland promoted six members to associate vice president.
