Synechron acquires Boston-based ServiceNow consultancy RapDev
Synechron, a New York-headquartered IT consulting firm, has acquired Boston-based ServiceNow specialist RapDev, alongside two other ServiceNow consultancies: UK-based Calitii and India-based Waivgen.
Synechron says it will combine the three firms into the largest financial services-focused ServiceNow practice in the world. ServiceNow is one of the more popular software platforms for workflow automation and IT service management.
Although Synechron primarily works with the financial services industry, the three acquired firms will bring a client roster from other industries – including healthcare, life sciences, and energy.

RapDev was founded in 2017 and has 130 employees listed on LinkedIn. The firm works with Fortune 1000 companies on ServiceNow implementations, helping automate and scale operations by integrating AI-driven workflows, real-time observability, and security.
RapDev is also the world’s largest partner of Datadog, a cloud monitoring-as-a-service platform.
