Delaware-based consulting firm Northly opens for business
Northly, a Dover, Delaware-based strategy and implementation consulting firm, has officially launched.
The firm is led by co-founders and managing partners Rebecca Schumer, Betsy McCallon, and Petra Miebach. The trio most recently served as vice presidents at OXYGY, the consulting arm of law firm Bird & Bird.
Schumer, McCallon, and Miebach bring decades of experience in change management, talent and learning, and leadership development across Fortune 100s, global nonprofits, and entrepreneurial ventures.
“At Northly, we believe change is constant – and full of possibility,” said Schumer. “Our role is to help organizations harness that possibility by pairing bold thinking with disciplined execution.”
Northly will have three core service lines:
- Strategy & ideation: helping realign strategies at pivotal moments
- Evidence & insights: leveraging data to measure and communicate what matters
- Reach & scale: preparing teams and structures for growth
“At Northly, we partner with leaders who are ready to navigate pivotal moments,” said Miebach. “We work side by side with teams to turn strategy into action and keep momentum going.”
The firm says nonprofits are currently facing heightened scrutiny and funding volatility, while businesses are contending with rapid technological changes.
“This is not a moment to shrink ambition,” said McCallon. “Leaders are facing real pressure. But these same constraints can open the door to bigger thinking, bolder choices, and transformative impact.”
