J.S. Held launches AI dispute monitoring solution

J.S. Held, a Jericho, NY-based technical and forensic advisory firm, has launched “J.S. Held AI Disputes Monitor,” a dashboard resource that helps legal professionals track and analyze AI litigation.

Drawing from publicly accessible databases and enhanced with J.S. Held’s expert analysis, the new solution provides actionable intelligence on AI-related litigation to counsel, in-house legal teams, and risk professionals. The monitor covers case development across AI technologies, market segments, and jurisdictions.

J.S. Held says AI-related litigation has increased at a 56.5% five-year CAGR, with 93% of cases filed in the US and a significant proportion filed in California, New York, and Illinois.
