Bain & Company expands AI partnership with Palantir

Bain & Company has expanded its collaboration with Palantir, a provider of data analytics and AI software.

Bain will expand its global partnership arrangement with Palantir, which it formed in May 2025 to help clients improve decision-making, productivity, and cost efficiency. The partnership combines Bain’s industry expertise and strategic business transformation capabilities with Palantir’s leading AI and automation software. 

Palantir’s platforms include Foundry, a central operating system that collects large amounts of data from financial, operational, and technical systems and then provides end-user interfaces that optimize enterprise decision-making.

The expanded partnership will help Bain and Palantir support more companies with finding AI use cases, building strategic plans, and operationalizing AI solutions.

Bain’s AI, insights, and solutions practice has more than 1,500 experts who provide services in machine-learning application implementation, business insight delivery, technology architecture and engineering, organizational development, and analytics strategy. The wider consulting firm has 19,000 people.
