BRG adds three directors to AI and decision intelligence practice
BRG, a Washington, DC-headquartered management consultancy, has hired Shanteé Hope, David Nickelson, PsyD, and Nikita Rajgopal as directors in its AI and decision intelligence practice in the US.

Before that, Hope was VP for web and digital experience at marketing firm Walker Sands and senior director for digital strategy at business intelligence firm Centric Digital.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Queens University of Charlotte.
Based in Washington, DC, Nickelson has a background in clinical psychology, law, and AI governance, and brings 20+ years of experience leading digital and AI transformations for health systems, health insurers, and digital health companies.
He was previously a senior consulting partner at Celerity (now Randstad Digital), where he worked on AI operating model change engagements with small and medium-sized enterprises.
Before that, Nickelson was director for transformation strategy and behavior change at Publicis Sapient, VP for health and pharma loyalty consulting at Aimia Inc., and director for internet strategy and operations at the American Diabetes Association.

Based in New York, Rajgopal joins BRG from Accenture, where she spent eight years and most recently served as a senior manager for data and AI. During her tenure with the technology consulting firm, Rajgopal led GenAI transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients, designed platforms to reduce costs and improve decision-making, and advised C-suite leaders on scalable AI investment strategies.
She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wesleyan University.
“Shanteé, David, and Nikita further bolster our ability to help clients turn AI into a practical – and financially beneficial – business capability. Their combined experience advising executive teams, leading high-stakes technology transformations and assisting organizations in putting AI to work will strengthen the support we provide clients as they increasingly look to integrate AI across their operations,” said Peter Smith, head of BRG’s AI and decision intelligence practice.
BRG recently welcomed Jason Gu, PhD, as a managing director in its AI and decision intelligence practice.
