“Roger and Chris have spent decades running large-scale transformations, and they know firsthand how AI is accelerating disruption across every corner of financial services,” said Tri MacDonald, CEO and president of BRG. “As banks and financial institutions rethink their operating models, this is the right team, at the right moment, to help them move from strategy to execution.”
Based in Atlanta, Lenahen joins the healthcare practice as co-leader of the strategic advisory service area.
He brings 20 years of healthcare industry and consulting experience, having advised large health systems on growth strategy, managed care contracting, physician enterprise, and value-based care.
