The new Premier Support and Contact Center practices, however, will work across industries and verticals, diversifying Strategy & Resources’ (S&R) client base. Premier Support will provide financial advisors with timely and value-added technology support, while Contact Center services will help contact center clients drive improved performance and maximized efficiency though management and technology advisory.

The launch of the new practices was enabled by the acquisition of two firms: Clear Path Consulting, led by Marty Miller, and CCIS Consulting, led by Scott Casson.
