Ohio–based financial services consulting firm Strategy & Resources LLC will add two new practice areas: Premier Support and Contact Center services. The consultancy will also expand its geographical footprint with a satellite office in New York, and will furthermore produce a new quarterly journal.

The addition of the new practices will boost the number of core service areas offered by the firm to four – augmenting its previous Strategic Consulting and Practice Management offerings. The consulting firm, founded in 2015 by experienced financial services consultant Matt Lynch, focuses on delivering corporate-level strategy, resource optimization, and change management services to financial industry clients.

The new Premier Support and Contact Center practices, however, will work across industries and verticals, diversifying Strategy & Resources’ (S&R) client base. Premier Support will provide financial advisors with timely and value-added technology support, while Contact Center services will help contact center clients drive improved performance and maximized efficiency though management and technology advisory.

The launch of the new practices was enabled by the acquisition of two firms: Clear Path Consulting, led by Marty Miller, and CCIS Consulting, led by Scott Casson.
