North Highland adds Jennifer Mancuso as VP of human resources
Management consultancy North Highland has added Jennifer Mancuso as a vice president of human resources. Mancuso brings 15 years of human resources experience to the internal role, and will be based out of the firm’s Atlanta headquarters.
As VP of human resources, Mancuso will drive North Highland’s people strategy, overseeing the firm’s talent management and retention, performance management, and training. She will report to CEO Dan Reardon, and will also join the consultancy’s executive leadership team.
Mancuso has experience leading core HR functions across a range of industry sectors, including biomedical, food services, transportation, and manufacturing. She also has experience in audit and compliance, and labor law.
Mancuso most recently spent one year as VP of human strategy at Vero Biotech, where she built and launched the company’s HR capital functions. Before that, she spent three-and-a-half years at logistics company BeavEx as senior director of HR, where she unwound the company from a professional employer organization relationship with ADP. She also led benefit plan redesigns, new tech implementations, and process improvements at the firm.Prior to BeavEx, Mancuso spent more than seven years at hardware supplier McMaster-Carr, where she was an employee relations manager for the sales and finance divisions of the company’s Atlanta branch. Before that, she was an employee relations representative at RARE Hostpitality, where she managed employee relations at Longhouse Steakhouse restaurants in the Northern US region.
Mancuso started her HR career at Intertek Labtest, where she consulted McDonald’s on the implementation of its social compliance program with its suppliers, which included labor laws and OSHA regulations. She holds a BA in Spanish from Wake Forest University.
