PA Consulting adds new US manufacturing team
Innovation and transformation consultancy PA Consulting has welcomed a team of eight operations consultants specializing in the manufacturing sector. The team, led by Shanton Wilcox, join PA from Infosys Consulting.
The team brings extensive supply chain and operations expertise in manufacturing, including industrial, automotive, heavy equipment, and aerospace and defense. The also bring expertise supporting product-oriented industries such as consumer products and life sciences.
With manufacturers facing increased challenges from supply chain disruptions and trade wars, PA will strengthen its ability to help clients gain advantages from smart supply chains, automation and AI, and cost out.
Wilcox joins PA as Americas leader for manufacturing, and will remain based in Atlanta. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience, specializing in applying advanced operations capabilities to manufacturing and services companies.
He previously spent three-and-a-half years at Infosys Consulting, where he led the firm’s manufacturing practice. Before that, he spent six years at Capgemini Consulting, where he served as North America lead for manufacturing and logistics. Prior to that he was a senior manager at EY, a director at supply chain consultancy Archstone Consulting, and a manager at Deloitte.
Wilcox holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA in economics and political science from Eckerd College.

The rest of the team – Michael Platz, Andy Prinz, Jim Osborne, Jack Johnson, Christopher Iannacone, Drew Andrews, and Scott McPhaden – also join from Infosys Consulting, where they supported manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. They bring nearly a century of combined experience digitizing processes and products, leveraging analytics, and developing the workforce of tomorrow.
