North Highland makes six executive appointments in US

North Highland, an Atlanta-headquartered management consulting firm, has made six executive appointments in its US offices, as well as four in its London, UK office.

Rick Zelnak was promoted to vice president, while Chad Carmichael, Peter Dellgren, Jayson Hill, Tina Worley, and Jacqueline Wrona were promoted to associate vice president.

Rick Zelznak (Tallahassee) has more than 20 years of strategic and advisory experience. He joined North Highland a decade ago, and leads the firm’s US health and human services sector. Zelznak works with public sector clients on program transformation and healthcare reform, covering areas such as Medicaid, child welfare, income and nutrition support, and IT.

Before joining North Highland, Zelznak was a senior vice president at public sector consultancy Maximus, and CIO and technology policy advisor to Arizona Gov. Jane Hull.

Chad Carmichael (Charlotte) has over 20 years of experience in process and operational excellence. He has been at North Highland since 2006. Carmichael leads the firm’s process and business analysis practice, working with clients on lean, agile, and six sigma processes, quality engineering, service design, and value stream analysis and transformation.

Carmichael was previously a management consultant at IGATE and an operations manager at JP Morgan. 

Peter Dellgren (Denver) has more than 20 years of business and IT consulting experience. He joined North Highland in 2018 as a principal.

Dellgren was previously a principal at IT consultancy Long View Systems, an IT director at Nelnet Diversified Solutions, and a director at Saleforce consultancy Statera. Earlier in his career, Dellgren was a business operations manager at Lockheed Martin and a software systems engineer at Xerox.

Jayson Hill (Atlanta) is a client executive with more than 12 years of accounting, finance, and consulting experience. Hill joined North Highland in 2015 as a senior consultant and became a principal in 2019.

Hill was previously a senior financial analyst at GPS Hospitality, a senior corporate accountant at Wendy’s, and a financial management program analyst at GE.

Tina Worley (Tallahassee) has more than 25 years of public sector and consulting experience, with a focus on social services. Prior to joining North Highland in 2009, Worley was a manager in BearingPoint’s state and local government practice. Worley was also previously director of employee self service operations and development at ACS (now Xerox) and an operational program administrator at the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Jacqueline Wrona (Atlanta) advises clients on people and change, process improvement, and customer experience initiatives. She joined North Highland in 2013 as a senior consultant, and became a principal in 2018.

Before joining the consultancy, Wrona was a research scientist at the Emory University School of Medicine.

In the UK, meanwhile, Elisabeth Coates, Catherine Harrisson, Mark Len, and Craig Spence were promoted to associate vice president.
