Trianz wins Association for Talent Development Best 2021 Award
Trianz, a global technology consultancy, has won a 2021 ATD (Association for Talent Development) Best Award.
The annual ATD Best Awards recognize organizations that use effective employee talent development to realize enterprise-wide success. Award winners must show excellence in the following areas: talent development has an enterprise-wide role; learning has value in the organization's culture; learning links to individual and organizational performance; and investment is made in talent development and performance initiatives.
ATD, the largest non-profit association for talent development and training professionals, has awarded the Best Awards since 2003.
Trianz was one of this year’s winners because of its dedication to developing its workforce through its Trianz University initiative. Trianz University ensures that its employees are keeping up with the future of work by upskilling through in-class and e-learning courses on digital transformation. Training and development areas include role-based skill development; leadership courses; and practice, industry, and functional knowledge.
Trianz competed with 150+ organizations that submitted quantitative and qualitative information on their training and development programs. The applications were judged in a blind review by members of the Best Awards advisory committee, which is comprised of training and development experts.
Other consulting firms that won an ATD Best Award include Accenture, Booz Allen, Cognizant, North Highland, Protiviti, and Ryan.
Trianz last year was named one of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms by Forbes. The Santa Clara, CA-headquartered company also won a Pandemic Tech Innovation Award in 2020.
Trianz was founded in 2001 and provides services and solutions in analytics, digital, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The firm has approximately 1,500 employees across offices in the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and India.
