Pittsburgh consultancy Aspirant integrates Newton Talent
Aspirant, a Pittsburgh-based management and technology consulting firm, has integrated Newton Talent, a recruitment process outsourcing specialist.
Pittsburgh-based Newton Talent was previously affiliated with Aspirant, but will now be fully integrated into its operations. Newton will now operate as the talent strategy & acquisition practice of Aspirant.
The move will further expand Aspirant’s service offerings into talent consulting.
Newton supports clients with services in talent strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion programs. The firm also offers its proprietary recruiting platform PowerSourcing.
Newton’s 50 employees will join the Aspirant team, which will expand to more than 150 people. Patty Silbert, who has headed Newton for the last four years, will lead the new talent strategy & acquisition practice as executive vice president.
Prior to joining Newton, Silbert spent 35 years at NAS, an Ohio-based recruitment marketing firm, where she was latterly chief product officer.

Aspirant offers a wide range of consulting services, including strategy & transformation, mergers & acquisitions, project leadership, organizational effectiveness, marketing, and app development. The firm this year added a Microsoft cloud solutions practice with the acquisition of Tase Labs, a Microsoft Gold Partner. Aspirant also earlier this year partnered with Milhem DTL to provide digital transformation solutions.
The Pittsburgh firm has annual revenues of approximately $30 million.
