Korn Ferry acquires executive search firm Patina Solutions
Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm, has acquired Patina Solutions, a Milwaukee-based executive search firm.
Founded in 2008, Patina provides services in executive and managerial search, interim-to-hire, and interim executive search. The firm places managers, VPs, and C-suite leaders in a wide range of functional roles, including finance and accounting, sales and marketing, operations, supply chain, IT, HR, and legal.
Patina works with clients in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, food and beverage, and private equity.
The Milwaukee firm has approximately 300 people, according to LinkedIn.Korn Ferry’s acquisition of Patina will expand the scale and capabilities of its interim executive solutions business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
