Atlantic-ACM adds telecom expert Drew Mullin as partner
Atlantic-ACM, a Boston-headquartered management consultancy focusing on the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector, has hired Drew Mullin as a partner.
Based in Rochester, NY, Mullin brings more than 23 years of experience in the infrastructure and telecom industry. He has expertise in product management, sales, and M&A and has worked in channels including enterprise, wholesale, wireless, FTTH, and government/e-rate.
“Drew is a highly respected industry veteran, and we’re excited to add his hands-on operating and M&A experience to our growing diligence and market research teams,” said Fedor Smith, president and managing partner of Atlantic-ACM.
Mullin joins Atlantic from Everstream, a business-only fiber network, where he was EVP of corporate development. Before that, he was head of strategy and business development at Crown Castle and SVP of business development and strategy at Lightower Fiber Networks.
Earlier in his career, Mullin was VP of product management and strategy at Fibertech Networks (merged with Lightower).
He has an MBA from the University of Rochester and a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Lawrence University.
“This is a dynamic time in our industry, where information and data-driven solutions are critical to strategic decision making. Companies, and their respective investors, are using information and analysis as a competitive differentiator, so they can invest capital and resources in the right areas,” said Mullin. “I’m excited about working with the talented ATLANTIC-ACM team, and I look forward to helping companies achieve their financial goals.”
