Deltek named one of America's best employers for second consecutive year
Deltek, a Herndon, VA-based provider of enterprise software for project-based businesses, was for the second consecutive year named one of America’s Best Midsize Employers.
The annual awards, which are administered by Forbes and Statista, rank the top 500 companies with 1,000–5,000 staff on the basis of anonymous employee feedback. Respondents rate their companies on factors including working conditions, development opportunities, compensation, and how likely they would be to recommend their employer to friends and family.
Deltek was one of the top IT, Internet, Software & Services companies in the nation, ranking #229. The company ranked #192 in 2022.
Deltek provides software, advisory, and maintenance solutions and services to project-based businesses such as accounting, consulting, engineering, and technology firms, as well as government contractors. The firm has offerings covering ERP, project portfolio management, human capital management, business development, manufacturing, and payments, among other areas.
Deltek has more than 3,000 employees globally and serves more than 30,000 organizations.
