Cegid picks GEP Software to upgrade procurement process
Cegid, a global provider of cloud business management software, has selected GEP Software to digitally transform its procurement operation.
Cegid provides business management solutions for finance (treasury, tax, ERP) and human resources (payroll, talent management), as well as tailored solutions for CPAs, retail, and entrepreneurial sectors. The firm has 4,400 employees globally and 500,000 customers across 130 countries.
Cegid’s GEP solutions have now gone live. The company chose to upgrade its entire procurement process, from sourcing and spend analytics to supplier and contract management. The solutions include AI-driven tools for supplier performance evaluation and process automation.
The implementation was performed by Fluxym, a GEP partner, with support from GEP. Fluxym has 145 employees and provides consulting and implementation services for source-to-pay projects.
GEP is headquartered in Clark, NJ and provides software, consulting, and managed services for procurement and supply chain. Its main products are GEP Smart for procurement, and GEP Nexxe, a supply chain unified platform.
GEP has approximately 5,000 employees and works with Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
The firm’s recent client projects include implementations for Liberty Global and Siemens Healthineers. GEP software was also recently added to NASPO’s cooperative purchasing program.
