Nordic Consulting hires Melissa Prusher as head of marketing
Nordic Consulting, a Madison, WI-based health and technology consulting firm, has hired Melissa Prusher as head of marketing.
Based in Englishtown, NJ, Prusher will work with Nordic executives to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the firm’s growth goals. She will also oversee an international team of brand, creative, marketing, events, through leadership, and communications professionals.
Prusher brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations. She previously spent ten years at Avaap, a management and technology consultancy, where she was VP for global marketing. Before that, she was a senior account supervisor at The Sawtooth Group/MRB Public Relations and a public relations manager at Clairol.
"I'm excited to bring Melissa on board to lead our global marketing function, which we created to support our global expansion and ensure strong alignment of the Nordic brand,” Jim Costanzo, CEO at Nordic Consulting, said. “We're looking forward to leveraging her expertise in delivering integrated campaigns that drive a company forward and in support of our mission to connect people, data, and technology for a healthier world."
Nordic was in 2022 acquired by Accrete Health Partners, a holding company owned by Bon Secours Mercy Health, the fifth-largest Catholic health system in the US and the largest not-for-profit private healthcare provider in Ireland. Accrete focuses on digital health products, services, and technologies.
“Nordic has a strong brand, built on more than a decade of successfully delivering technology solutions for clients at every stage of their digital transformation,” Prusher said. “I'm looking forward to helping to tell that story to audiences worldwide and show how Nordic delivers on its mission for our clients and their patients."
Nordic provides healthcare industry clients with services in strategic advisory, project management, EHR and ERP implementation, digital and cloud initiatives, and enterprise technology transformation. The firm has more than 3,300 professionals across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
