MorganFranklin Cyber rebrands as Arcova
MorganFranklin Cyber, a Charlotte, NC-based cybersecurity consulting and managed services firm, has rebranded as “Arcova.”
Initially formed as a cybersecurity practice within Vaco (now Highspring) in 2018, the practice took on the MorganFranklin brand in 2020 after Vaco acquired McLean, VA-based MorganFranklin Consulting.
Vaco would subsequently sell off the public sector business of MorganFranklin to BDO USA.
In January 2025, a private equity-backed management buyout gave MC Partners majority ownership of the cyber practice, which would subsequently do business as MorganFranklin Cyber.
Now, the firm is making a clean break with its new brand of Arcova.
Arvoca says its new brand reflects the company’s evolution and expanded cybersecurity, AI, resilience, and adjacent domain capabilities.
“This rebrand sharpens our focus, strengthens our market position, and aligns our capabilities with the evolving needs of modern enterprises,” said Pete Schile, president and founding partner of Arcova.
The firm says its differentiators include practitioner-led consulting; a secure-by-design methodology; comprehensive and continuing or targeted solutions; embedded partners who meet clients where they are; and board-ready guidance informed by years of supporting Fortune 500s and enterprises.
“Our evolution to Arcova reflects not just a new identity, but a simple truth this firm was founded on: clients deserve more than presentations and process,” said Keith Hollender, CEO and founding partner of Arcova. “They deserve practitioners who have sat in their seat, carried the responsibility, and know firsthand what it takes to solve real problems under pressure.”
Arcova has 150+ employees listed on LinkedIn and has 11 offices in the US, as well as international locations in Czechia and India. The firm has practices in architecture and engineering, cyber and operational resilience, cyber strategy, identity and access management, governance and compliance, and AI.
