DCI Consulting, a Washington, DC-based human resources risk management consultancy, has launched a new compensation consulting practice.

The new practice will help companies comply with recently passed laws that require employers to post salary ranges in job advertisements. In addition to helping clients update or formalize compensation structures, DCI’s practice will help employers better attract and retain talent with competitive wages and defined career paths,

DCI will leverage its expertise in pay equity and job analyses to advise on areas such as job architecture development, pay bands, and marketplace benchmarks.

"Since our inception, we have been at the forefront of internal pay equity consulting. Now, we are poised to comprehensively assist employers with their full-cycle compensation practices every step of the way."

The compensation consulting practice complements DCI’s current offerings, which include pay compression studies, selection procedure validation, bias audits, litigation support, affirmative action compliance, and DEI consulting.

Founded in 2001, DCI has more than 110 employees, according to LinkedIn.

The firm earlier this year acquired Human Resource Specialties Inc., a boutique provider of affirmative action plan consulting.
