Boathouse Capital invests in data consultancy Analytics8

Boathouse Capital, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm, has a made a growth investment in Analytics8, a Chicago-based data and analytics consulting firm.
Anayltics8 selected Boathouse after a deliberate search for a financial partner, the consulting firm said in a press release.
The investment will support Analytics8’s expansion – including entry into new markets and the scaling of services.
“Bootstrapping this company to where it is today has been one of my proudest accomplishments," said David Fussichen, founder and CEO of Analytics8. Analytics8 was founded in 2003 and has more than 160 employees listed on LinkedIn. The firm advises clients on the entire data and analytics lifecycle – from strategy to implementation.
Analytics8 has practices in data strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and governance, among other areas. The firm offers solutions for finance, HR, supply chain, and sale and marketing to companies in healthcare, life sciences, private equity, financial services, manufacturing, and retail.
The consultancy’s technology partners include AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and Tableau.
