Guidehouse adds three partners to healthcare segment

Guidehouse, a McLean, VA-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Chris Bailey, Ashleigh Rogers, and Nick Wong as partners in its payer/provider practice within its healthcare segment.
The three new partners bring expertise in technology, transformation, and performance improvement.

Chris Bailey (McLean, VA) joins as a market and portfolio leader focusing on client development, account management, and solution expansion. He has 30 years of healthcare industry experience, with expertise in performance improvement, technology, advanced automation, and AI.
Bailey most recently was a partner in the healthcare consulting practice of IBM, where he spent 18 years. He also previously served as chief sales and marketing officer at Premier Inc. and as commercial leader of the healthcare provider practice at Accenture.
Ashleigh Rogers (San Francisco) will serve as a market and portfolio leader focusing on acquisitions, client development, account management, and solution expansion. A client executive and healthcare technology, Rogers has over 15 years of experience supporting healthcare payers and providers with operational and technology transformations.
She was previously a managing director at Accenture, a VP at Cornerstone Advisors, a program manager at Ascent Services Group, and implementation director at Epic Systems.
Nick Wong (Dallas) will lead solution advancement. He has over 20 years of experience across plan, provider, and life sciences transformation.
Wong joins from Deloitte Consulting, where he spent 21 years and most recently was a managing director in the digital care practice. In the role, he supported healthcare clients with technology-enabled improvements and process automation.
Guidehouse provides advisory, technology, and managed services to public and private sector clients. The firm has more than 18,000 employees globally.
