EFESO Management Consultants hires Shannon Gabriel as partner
EFESO Management Consultants, a Paris-headquartered operational consulting firm, has hired Shannon Gabriel as a partner.
Based in Raleigh, NC, Gabriel will lead the firm’s human capital transformation projects in the private equity sector.
Gabriel is a human capital executive with more than 20 years of experience driving cultural change, talent strategy, and leadership development initiatives in the manufacturing and private equity industries.
She most recently spent eight years with operational specialist TBM Consulting Group, where she was VP of the leadership solutions practice and advised clients on workforce transformation and leadership team design.
Before that, Gabriel spent three years as a VP at Systematic Business Consulting, a recruiting firm focusing on the manufacturing and equipment services industry.
Earlier in her career, she spent a decade with engineering and manufacturing industry recruiting firm Austin Nichols, where she was Southeast division manager.
Gabriel has a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University.

EFESO significantly expanded its US presence in 2022 with the acquisition of Argo Consulting, a Chicago-based operational consultancy with approximately 90 employees across offices in Chicago, Houston, Canada, and Germany.
EFESO works on strategy execution and operational excellence engagements with clients in manufacturing, energy, life sciences, and private equity, among other industries.
The firm has 1,000+ employees across 30+ locations in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
