Deloitte launches ‘Dot Good’ AI services suite for nonprofits

Deloitte yesterday announced the launch of “Dot Good,” a suite of AI and other advanced technology solutions for nonprofit clients.

According to Deloitte research, nonprofit leaders understand the transformative potential of AI but many lack the financial means and resources to scale or implement the technology.

Dot Good will provide nonprofit organizations with customized support at discounted rates. Support includes tech and AI strategy, human capital services, and system customization and implementation.

“Through Dot Good, Deloitte aims to support nonprofits in utilizing advanced technologies to transform their organizations for greater impact as they focus on their mission. This is a prime example of how Deloitte leads with purpose to help enact positive impact for our people, clients and communities,” said Dana O’Donovan, US purpose leader, Deloitte Services.

Dot Good will also offer a pro bono AI learning series to empower nonprofit professionals with the knowledge and skills to advance their organizations through the use of AI.

Deloitte’s AI investments in recent years include Zora AI by Deloitte, an agentic platform that provides an array of ready-to-deploy digital workers; Deloitte Ascend, a delivery platform for AI tools and solutions; and Deloitte AI Academy, a global learning and training platform.
