DXC partners with ServiceNow to integrate agentic AI across core business functions

DXC Technology, an Ashburn, VA-headquartered IT consulting firm, has entered a multi-year agreement with ServiceNow to modernize its core enterprise operations with the ServiceNow AI Platform.

The collaboration builds on DXC’s 17-year partnership with ServiceNow, a leading provider of workflow automation and IT service management software.

Using ServiceNow’s Core Business Suite, DXC will be the first global enterprise to deploy the suite’s new agentic AI capabilities for its global business services model. DXC will use AI-driven automation and agentic workflows to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and streamline processes.

Through its internal adoption, the consulting firm will then create validated AI use cases and automation patterns that it can package and deliver to customers globally.

DXC is an Elite ServiceNow Partner and has more than 1,800 ServiceNow-credentialed consultants globally. DXC also opened a joint AI Innovation Center of Excellence in 2024 with ServiceNow.
