DXC names Jonathan Nikols as president of the Americas market

DXC Technology, an Ashburn, VA-headquartered IT consulting firm, has hired Jonathan Nikols as president of the Americas market.

In his new role, Nikols will oversee sales across North America, Central America, and South America. He will report to Paul Taylor, who was named president of DXC earlier this year.

Nikols brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology sales teams and building commercial organizations.

“The Americas is central to DXC’s growth opportunity, and Jonathan brings the sales leadership, customer focus, and operating discipline we need,” said Taylor. “His experience building large-scale technology sales organizations will help us improve execution, deepen customer relationships, strengthen pipeline management, and help customers put AI to work to deliver measurable business outcomes.”

Nikols most recently served as chief revenue officer of Mobile Communications America. Before that, he was SVP of global enterprise at Verizon Business and SVP of services and solutions at HP.

Nikols has a bachelor’s degree in business from Illinois State University.

“I look forward to working with teams across the region to strengthen execution, improve commercial focus, and help our customers modernize, adopt AI, and unlock greater value from their technology investments,” Nikols said.

DXC has more than 121,000 people across 60+ countries. The firm has practices in cloud and infrastructure, consulting and engineering services, insurance software and BPS, modern workplace, and security.
