BRG adds Enrique Glotzer as managing director in energy and climate practice
BRG, a Washington, DC-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Enrique Glotzer as a managing director in its energy and climate practice.
Based in New York, Glotzer has over 20 years of experience advising utilities, independent power producers, global industrials, private equity and infrastructure funds, and government agencies on strategy, M&A and transaction advisory, valuation and due diligence, operational improvement, and digital and AI transformation.
He has expertise across the power and energy value chain, including advanced nuclear, power generation, transmission and distribution, grid modernization, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, vehicle-to-grid technology, biofuels, mining, and critical materials
“Enrique brings a powerful combination of strategic insight and hands-on experience across frontier technologies and the energy transition landscape,” said Christopher Goncalves, chair of BRG’s energy and climate practice.
In his new role with BRG, Glotzer will advise clients on energy transition strategy, M&A and transaction support, capital allocation and investment evaluation, opportunity assessment, risk management, sustainability strategy, and ESG investment frameworks.
“I look forward to working with clients to evaluate investment opportunities, manage risk, and help their businesses achieve financial and strategic priorities at a time of increasing complexity across energy and infrastructure markets,” Glotzer said.
He joins BRG from FTI Consulting, where he spent nearly three years as a managing director. Before that, Glotzer spent seven years at Charles River Associates, where he was a principal in the energy and infrastructure practice and sustainability lead.
Earlier in his career, Glotzer was a manager at Huron and a consultant at Marakon Associates.
BRG has 1,600+ employees across 40+ global offices providing expert and consulting services in disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and performance improvement.
The firm recently hired John McLean as a managing director in its healthcare practice in Atlanta.
