HKA promotes five to partner in United States
HKA, a London-headquartered risk and disputes consulting firm, has promoted eight people to partner across its global offices – including five in the United States.
Brad Dragoon (forensic accounting and commercial damages, New York) has 15 years of experience in financial crimes investigations and business intelligence. He advises clients on anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, and financial crime prevention.
Dragoon joined HKA in 2024 as a director and previously was a principal at Charles River Associates and a director at FTI Consulting. He began his consulting career as an analyst at Kroll.
John Polcari (government contracts, Washington, DC) is a forensic accountant with 15+ years of experience in US government contracts compliance. He assists clients with various contracting compliance issues, including those relating to federal acquisition regulation (FAR) and cost accounting standards (CAS).
Polcari joined HKA in 2021 as a director and previously was a senior manager at Baker Tilly and a staff consultant at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson.
Ryan Hart (forensic account and commercial damages, Chicago) is a CPA with a decade of experience in forensic accounting and economic damages consulting. He has led the development and assessment of damages claims for lost profits, increased costs, diminution of value, unpaid invoices, purchase price disputes, terminations, and other economic damages.
Hart joined HKA in 2022 as a director when the firm acquired TM Financial Forensics.
Sean Gard (forensic account and commercial damages, Los Angeles) has 10 years of experience in forensic accounting and economic damages consulting. He has developed and assessed damages claims including quantification of lost profits, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalties, and restitution resulting from intellectual property infringement, antitrust, unfair competition, and breach of contract.
Gard also joined HKA in 2022 as a director via the acquisition of TM Financial Forensics.
Tyler Donnelly (forensic account and commercial damages, Philadelphia) is a CPA with 14+ years of experience in accounting and consulting. He specializes in financial analysis, forensic accounting, and claims valuation, with a focus on complex commercial damages, lost profit calculations, and construction quantum damages.
Prior to joining HKA in 2019, Donnelly was a manager at MPI – Business Valuation & Advisory and a member of the forensic, litigation, and valuation services practice at Baker Tilly.
HKA also elevated two new partners in London – Olesya Pratyuk and Paul Jolly – and one partner in Dubai – Haitham Khaireldin.
