In his time at Accenture, he worked with numerous financial services clients, including insurers and banks.

“Friday marked my last day Accenture. The last 6+ years have been one of the most rewarding periods of my life,” Tedla said in a post on LinkedIn. “I want to say thank you to all of my colleagues and mentors who have inspired, challenged, and shaped me during this period. I am also thrilled to announce that I’ll be joining Baringa Partners starting today, where I’ll be continuing to work with financial services clients to help drive operating model, data, and technology strategies and transformations. During these challenging times, I want to thank everyone at Baringa for making the transition as smooth as possible.”

Brad O’Brien, a US partner at Baringa, commented, “Welcome on board, Yaphet. We are delighted to have you join our team.”
