Capco, a global management and technology consultancy, has added four new US hires – Harbir Brar, Ben Burrows, Doug Sieg, and Tracey Varnell – in its digital and cyber practices.

The new talent will help Capco’s financial services clients transform their internal ecosystems, design user-centric solutions, and strengthen data security and governance.

Harbir Brar brings 20 years of cybersecurity experience to Capco’s New York office, where he will serve as an executive director in the cybersecurity practice. Brar has extensive expertise advising on cyber defense, cloud and infrastructure security, application security, risk management, and incidence response.

Brar previously led Avanade’s security business for the Northeast region, and was cybersecurity practice leader for the financial services sector at Capgemini. Before that, he was practice director of cybersecurity and risk services in North America at Wipro. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade in AT&T’s cybersecurity services practice, where he was a principal.

Ben Burrows joins Capco Digital in Chicago as a managing principal, bringing more than 15 years of experience, with a focus on digital customer experience consulting. Burrows has helped numerous Fortune 500s streamline their digital operations, gain customers, and grow revenue.

With the pace of digital transformation accelerating in the current operating environment, and cyber becoming embedded in enterprise risk management frameworks, our new colleagues will help us enhance our leadership, capabilities and presence in those areas. I am delighted to welcome our new colleagues to the US team."
