North Highland promotes Lia Keel to managing director
North Highland has promoted Lia Keel, a 17-year veteran of the management consulting firm, to the level of managing director. She is based in Charlotte, NC.
Keel has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, with extensive experience serving Fortune 500s on large transformations. She has expertise across strategy, performance improvement, process analysis, solution design and development, and e-commerce.
Keel has been a VP and portfolio leader since 2010, overseeing clients within multiple industries across the US. She joined North Highland in 2004 as a manager, and was appointed a principal in 2006.
Some of Keel’s recent engagements include leading the launch of a large retailer’s “buy online, pick up in-store” initiative, as well as an agile transformation at the same company.“Throughout her almost two decades at North Highland, Lia has shown tremendous capacity for not only expanding client relationships, but also investing in the development of future leaders within the firm," said Alex Bombeck, managing director and group president. "We are thrilled to promote her to Managing Director."
Prior to joining North Highland, Keel spent seven years at tech consultancy Accenture, where she was a manager. She holds a BS in international business from Auburn University.
“From growing a Fortune 50 account two-fold within the span of a year to navigating clients through the uncertainty of Covid-19, Lia’s passion for client service and success is unmatched," said Barbara Ray, managing director and president, client services.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Atlanta, North Highland provides consulting services in strategy, process and business analysis, program and project management, people and change, technology, and data and analytics.
The firm is a member of Cordence Worldwide, a global network of consultancies with more than 5,000 consultants and 65+ offices worldwide.
North Highland earlier this year made six executive promotions within its US operations.
