North Highland names Rochelle Rivas as head of industry development

Management consultancy North Highland has promoted Rochelle Rivas to head of industry development. She is based in Charlotte, NC.

Rivas, who joined the firm last year as a vice president focusing on strategic growth in current and emerging markets, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to the newly created role.

"I'm excited to drive deeper relationships within specific industries and highlight North Highland's suite of transformation services and depth of expertise that our consultants bring on a daily basis," said Rivas. "We have spent valuable time with our clients to understand how to solve their complex business issues that cut across multiple industries."

Rivas has deep expertise advising on strategy and operations, and has supported several Fortune 100 corporations. Prior to joining North Highland, Rivas founded and ran management consultancy Darton Group for 11 years. She sold the finance, accounting, and project management specialist firm to CliftonLarsonAllen in 2018.North Highland names Rochelle Rivas as head of industry developmentPrior to founding her company, Rivas was a district manager at Staples and Office Depot. She holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte.
