North Highland adds Natalie McCullough to board
North Highland, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, has welcomed Natalie McCullough to its board of managers.
Based in San Francisco, McCullough has more than 20 years of experience as an operating executive and management consultant – with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, category creation, and operational scaling. McCullough specializes in technology and services businesses.
She most recently spent two-and-a-half years at corporate training firm Guild, where she was president and chief commercial officer. Before that, McCullough spent a year as president and chief operating officer of Domino Data Lab and four years at Microsoft, where she was general manager for the Workplace Analytics and MyAnalytics products within Office365.
Earlier in her career, McCullough was chief revenue officer at VoloMetrix and a senior executive at ServiceSource. She also previously spent over five years at McKinsey & Company, where she was an associate principal focusing on growth strategy and organizational design.McCullough is currently a board member at Outward Bound California, Round, and ICR, and a limited partner at venture fund Operator Collective.
She has an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in geology from Stanford University.

The firm earlier this year acquired UMT360, a Bellevue, WA-based provider of software and services in strategic portfolio management.
