Agribusiness expert Rob Dongoski joins Kearney as partner

Rob Dongoski has joined consulting firm Kearney as a Nashville-based partner in the consumer industries and retail practice focusing on agribusiness and food clients.

Dongoski brings more than 25 years of experience as a consulting partner focused on the food system, including agriculture, meat processing, food and beverage manufacturing, grocery, and restaurants. He has consulting expertise in strategy, growth, M&A, innovation, and operating model improvement.

Dongoski joins Kearney from EY US, where he spent 26 years and most recently served as leader of the food and agribusiness sector. He also built and led the Big Four firm’s global agribusiness center.

Dongoski previously served as Midwest leader for performance improvement and Midwest leader for CFO advisory services. Before EY, Dongoski was a consultant at Clifton Gunderson (now CliftonLarsonAllen) and an accountant at First Midwest Bank.He has a master’s degree in agriculture economics from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Millikin University.
