North Highland hires Jeni Fitzpatrick as inaugural chief people officer
North Highland, an Atlanta-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Jeni Fitzpatrick as its first chief people officer.
Based in Cincinnati, the new managing director brings 20+ years of experience leading global human resources organizations, with expertise across large-scale HR transformation and technology.
Fitzpatrick joins North Highland from Accenture, where she spent the last four years as a managing director in the talent & organization practice. Before that, she was CHRO at Convergys, director of senior executive advisory services at Workday, an HR executive at Chiquita, and an HR business partner at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Fitzpatrick began her career at Microsoft, where she was a staffing manager.
She has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
