Point B announces raft of C-suite appointments
Point B, a Seattle-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Patrice Graves as chief people officer, David Parker as chief financial officer, and Jay Harrison as chief growth officer. The firm also promoted Michael Valitchka to the newly created role of chief delivery officer.
The firm said in a press release that the new appointments will help it accelerate growth, streamline operations, and deepen technology expertise.

Based in Charlotte, Graves brings nearly 30 years of experience in human resources leadership, having held senior roles across professional services, technology, financial services, and defense. She most recently served as CHRO at NCR Corporation and chief people officer for the Americas at DXC Technology. Before that, Graves was EVP for HR at Aecom, SVP for HR at QBE North America, and VP for HR at Raytheon.
Based in Los Angeles, Parker has 30 years of experience in finance function leadership, business development, and public accounting. He previously was chief financial and operating officer at manufacturing firm PMI Worldwide (now Havi Group) and The Honest Company. Before that, Parker was CFO at Lightspeed GMI (now Kantar).
Earlier in his career, Parker was a manager of business development at GE and a senior associate at PwC.
Based in Atlanta, Harrison has 30 years of experience in professional services and software, having held several COO and CRO roles. He joins Point B from Cognizant, where he was COO for digital engineering. Before that, Harrison was chief services officer at Ellucian, COO at ABB, and COO of SAP’s consulting division. Earlier in his career, Harrison was a partner at IBM Consulting and a senior manager at Deloitte.
Based in Chicago, Valitchka will lead Point B’s enhanced delivery organization. He has been at the consultancy since 2011 and most recently served as customer executive for health & life sciences and Chicago practice director. Before Point B, Valitchka was a VP at electronics manufacturer Azumo, a process improvement leader at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and a finance project manager at Partners Healthcare System.
Other current members of Point B’s executive committee include Chris Magill, chief legal officer, and Tim Larson, EVP for operations & IT.
Point B advises on strategy and operations, digital transformation, enterprise technology, M&A, and organizational effectiveness, among other areas. The firm has over 850 associates in the United States and is a member of the Nextcontinent partnership, which has 3,000+ consultants globally.
Point B is a portfolio company of private equity firm Endeavour, which acquired it last year.
